Uses

Maple Flavor Extract is an easy way to add an intense maple flavor to any recipe.

• Great for baked goods including cookies, cakes, pumpkin pie, apple or pecan pie, muffins, maple fudge or candy, frostings, glazes, flavor whipped cream, and icings.
• Perfect to bake maple banana bread, scones, biscotti or bars, and in maple pudding or a cake filling.
• Even add it to baked beans and homemade barbeque sauces to get that delicious maple flavor.
• It’s delicious in breakfast foods including pancake or waffle batter, oatmeal, French toast, breakfast sausage, and bacon.
• Create your own pancake syrup, or a sweet maple sauce to drizzle on desserts.
• Make a maple glaze for ham or other cured meats.

Packaging: To preserve and maintain their beneficial properties for years, our 4 fl oz Flavor Extracts are packaged in light resistant, dark glass amber bottles with a pressure sealed lid and a taper seal poly liner. This elegant bottle is the perfect way to protect light-sensitive liquids, because the dark amber glass helps prevent light degradation. Our 1 gallon sizes are packaged in a high-density polyethylene (HDPE) jug, with a tight-fitting plastic lid to help protect contents from moisture and air.

Storage: Do not refrigerate. Store at room temperature (60-85 deg) away from direct sunlight and heat. Keep containers tightly sealed. When stored properly, flavor extracts have a 4 year shelf life.
